Sunday School Online
Welcome to a new and exciting way to participate in Sunday School Class!
If you don't have time to attend a formal class, but still want to participate in group discussion, Sunday School Online is for you. You can read materials and participate in forum discussions in your spare time.
The first class is led by Pastor Bob and is titled Introduction to World Hunger and Poverty Study.
Excerpt from the class materials:
"I share this material with you not as one who claims to have the last word on the subject of World Hunger and Poverty but as one who is seeking to learn, to share, and to listen to what others are willing to bring to the table. By enrolling in this course you are committing yourself to do two things:
1. To read all the material
2. To respond to the material and one another by imputing your comments, questions, and opinions on the web site.
It is through your input we can all have a say and learn from each other."
Instructions:

To log in: After you have signed up and have been approved, click "Sign in to Google Groups." Use your email address and selected password to log in.
To read course materials: Click "Files" on the right column and click "Introduction to World Hunger and Poverty Study.doc." This is the first document to read to get started in the first course offered.

To edit your profile: I highly encourage members to add a little information about themselves to make it more personal. Only other members will see this information. Click "Members" on the right column, then click your own name. Click "edit" next to "My profile." You may enter information in the form and even upload a picture by clicking "Select" and "Browse." Find the picture on your computer hard drive, click "Upload Picture."
To invite others: Click "Invite members" on the right column, then enter email addresses and an invitation message. The more, the merrier! This class format is most fun if there are many ideas, topics, and discussions.
